Here's a tribute to the O.B., the Original Battlestar, which aired from 1978-1980. 1978 was thirty years ago, but the theme song is still deeply embedded in my subconscious.

Actually one of the reasons for the cancellation of the show was the high cost of production!
It was on in 1978 and again in 1980, right in the heart of the Star Wars craze. I guess there were some made-for-t.v. movies too.
What do you think of the original Starbuck and Apollo?
