Camera Phone

I got my birthday present three days early, a spiffy Motorola Razr phone! Thanks Honey! It has a camera, so I feel very 2006 (2005?). Dusty thought it deserved a closer look. Should be very handy for unexpected blog-worthy events.

Funny you should say that about moisture. They said they couldn't transfer my phone book from my old phone to my new phone because the old phone "has moisture in it and could mess up our machine." Needless to say, I punched in a bunch of numbers over the last two days.

Update on the moisture issue!

I did some web searching, and it turns out that most cell phones have a moisture dot under the battery. It turns from white to red/pink when the phone gets wet. That way, the phone company can claim that you got your phone wet and void the warranty.

I checked my old phone, and sure enough it was red. Maybe it got some rain on it or something. So far, the dot on the new phone is white.
